These terms explain how TiltCall contacts you and your accountability partners by text and phone call, and how to stop it at any time.
For traders
When you add and verify your mobile number and tick the consent box, you agree that [TiltCall entity] ("TiltCall") may call and text you at that number, including calls from Vega, an AI-generated voice, and messages sent with automated technology. We use them for trade and rule-break alerts, trade blocking notices, verification codes, weekly reports and account messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- How often: it depends on your trading. It can be several messages a day. We cap Vega at 4 calls a trading day.
- Night calls: you choose whether Vega may call you between 9 PM and 8 AM.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Recording: calls may be recorded and transcribed to your journal. You can turn recording off.
For accountability partners
A trader can't sign you up. You'll only hear from us after you reply YES to confirm. Partner messages are only about the trader who invited you: their rule breaks, lock notices and weekly report. We never send partners marketing.
- Texts arrive during the hours you choose (8 AM to 8 PM your time by default). Reply LATE ON to allow later alerts.
- We cap partner alerts at 8 texts and 3 calls a day.
- Reply PAUSE to pause, HOURS to change your hours.

- "TiltCall: Alex broke their daily loss rule. Trading is locked until tomorrow. Reply STOP to end alerts."

Major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
